Equipment

“There is no such thing as bad weather.

Only bad gear and a bad attitude.”

-Some Old Alaskan Bad Ass

The right gear is key to making outdoor adventures safe, fun, and successful. From sturdy boots to a warm jacket, having the right equipment helps teens stay comfortable and confident in any environment. Good gear protects against weather and other challenges, letting young adventurers focus on learning, exploring, and growing. At MOI, we teach teens how to use and care for their gear, so they’re ready for any adventure—whether it’s their first hike or their hundredth.
